At least not by Urban Outfitters, Free People or any other retailers that don’t have official licensing deals in place with promoter and festival owner Goldenvoice. Earlier this week Goldenvoice filed a federal suit against the retailer, accusing them of bootlegging their brand like a knockoff purse peddler at a swap meet.
