I’m in transit the rest of the week, headed to DC for the opening of The Anthem, Seth Hurwitz’s new waterfront venue with an opening show by The Foo Fighters. We’ll be covering highlights from the venue opening with a full report on Hurwitz’s new venue and architectural work of art.
Then this weekend I’ll be making my way out to Nashville for the International Entertainment Buyers Conference at the Omni Hotel and theater at the Country Music Hall of Fame. This year’s conference looks incredible and includes a fireside-style chat with Marc Geiger, Global Head of Music for WME, and Dan Steinberg and Luke Pierce’s podcast Promoter 101 is taping a live interview with Live Nation North American Touring President Bob Roux. IEBA will be honoring rapper and actor Ice-T with a must-see Q&A. There will also be plenty of incredible performances, showcases and opportunities to network and catch up with Nashville fam. See you there.
