New York’s Greenwich Village is now home to a cookie dough cafe called Dō. The new cafe allows customers to eat raw cookie dough slightly chilled like ice cream, throw it into a shake, or get mini cookie dough ice cream sandwiches. People can also take the dough home and bake it into their own concoctions. Dō assures customers that the raw cookie dough is safe to eat since it is made with pasteurized eggs, meaning no salmonella. However you like your cookie dough, you can get it in 12 different flavors including chocolate chip, sugar cookie, cake batter, oatmeal, and brownie batter. You can check out the entire menu on their site.
