Is your box office person posting pictures of sunny skies while you freeze your arse off back home? Have you noticed Newport Beach’s Fashion Island has been taken over by collegiate logo bearing millennials in golf shirts and khakis? No, it’s not a SWAC lacrosse tournament that’s taken over the Marriott— it’s PacNet, one of the ticketing industry’s longest running user conferences. Organized by ticketer Paciolan, this year’s three-day event is the first to be held since the company was sold to Learfield late last year. If you didn’t get an invite, best way to follow along at home is via the #PACnet18 hashtag on Twitter.
