Paste Magazine and sister site, Daytrotter, have introduced a new music streaming app that provides archives of live recordings. The music sites have provided a large collection of concerts, comedy, and interviews. Fans can listen to Paste Studio recordings along with staff picks and recommendations from Paste and Daytrotter. In addition, people can stream performances from Run DMC’s first tour, Jimi Hendrix at Winterland Ballroom in 1968, the Newport Jazz and Folk Festivals and the entire archives of promoter Bill Graham. The collection includes hundreds of thousands of recordings and fans can pick artists, create playlists, and save their favorites. The free app is available on iOS and Android.
