London-based brewery Meantime Brewing Company has partnered with personal genomics and biotechnology company, 23andMe to make custom beers using DNA. With a little bit of spit and a little over $31,000, the companies will craft and tailor 2,500 U.S. pints of beer that you are genetically prone to like. 23andMe will assess hereditary variations in your oral taste receptors to determine the most enjoyable brew for you. To keep people from spending over $30,000 on a so-so beer, customers will get a consultation with Brewmaster Ciaran Giblin to adjust any flavors. Check out the brewery’s offerings at their site Meantimebrewing.com.
