Today, Goldenvoice has announced the promotion of Jennifer Yacoubian, Jennifer Liu, and Mapi Moran.
Yacoubian has been promoted to the Talent Buyer for the historic Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles. Yacoubian has been with Goldenvoice since 2009 and will continue to book both the June and August editions of Splash House in Palm Springs, California while buying for the 6,300-cap Shrine. She will move away from her role as the talent buyer for LA’s El Rey Theatre.
“I am beyond excited and grateful in my new role as the Talent Buyer for the iconic Shrine Expo Hall & Auditorium and the opportunity to continue to grow within Goldenvoice,” said Yacoubian in a release.
Liu will take over Yacoubian’s role as talent buyer for the 770-cap El Rey. She was previously the talent buyer for The Roxy Theatre and has worked under Donna Busch as a Jr. Talent Buyer. Liu, a Goldenvoice employee since 2012, will continue to buy for the Roxy until the position is filled.
Moran has been promoted to handle all festival marketing duties as the Director of Festival Marketing. She was previously the Marketing Manager for Goldenvoice club and venue shows. Her festival properties will include Coachella, Stagecoach, Hangout Music Fest, and more.
