Live Nation is taking over two floors in the office building next door to its current offices in New York’s Meatpacking District. According to Commercial Observer, the concert giant has signed a 20,756-square-foot lease for Rockpoint Group and Highgate Holdings’ 412 West 15th Street.
Commercial Observer is reporting that the rent for the newly signed space is most likely between $125 to $200 per square foot.
The landlord’s broker CBRE announced yesterday that the lease will cover the entire second and third floor of the building which is next door to 430 West 15th Street. Last year, Live Nation signed a roughly 100,000-square foot sublease of 430 West 15th Street to occupy the entire building. Management company Invesco is said to have signed an over $150 million contract to purchase the building.
A CBRE team of James Ackerson, Paul Amrich and Neil King brokered the deal for the landlords, while Newmark Knight Frank’s Chris Mongeluzo and Eric Zemechson handled the deal for Rockpoint Group.
