Paciolan has acquired the assets of TicketsWest and WestCoast Entertainment from Red Lion Hotels Corporation. Founded by Jack Lucas in 1987, TicketsWest is a large regional ticketing company in the Pacific Northwest and its ticketing platform has been powered by Paciolan for a number of years. WestCoast Entertainment is a Broadway and concert promoter also led by Lucas.
Dusty Kurtz will continue to lead TicketsWest in his role as president and the leadership team and TicketsWest regional staff will remain in their current positions. Kurtz was named president following Lucas’ retirement in March. Paciolan was purchased by Learfield in June as part of an intracompany transfer. Paciolan had previously been owned by Comcast-Spectacor.
TicketsWest and WestCoast Entertainment will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Paciolan.
