Chicago’s Riot Fest revealed the first wave of its lineup that features Blink-182, Elvis Costello and the Imposters, Beck, and Incubus. The first wave also includes Blondie, Father John Misty, Young The Giant, Interpool, Alkaline Trio, and Jerry Lee Lewis.
Riot Fest will take place this year from Sept. 14-16 at Douglas Park in Chicago. The three-day fest will also feature performances from Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molly, Atmosphere, Bleachers, Cypress Hill, and Bad Religion.
“You can stop complaining about when the Riot Fest lineup will be released and start complaining about the actual Riot Fest lineup,” the Riot Fest announcement read.
Other performers for the festival’s 2018 edition include Cat Power, Sum 41, The Jesus Lizard, Liz Phair, Matt and Kim, The Front Bottoms, and K. Flay. Check out the full announcement poster below.
Tickets went on sale last night (May 30) at 8pm CDT when the initial lineup was announced following a teaser video of a polka band playing at different hot spots in the windy city. Fans can purchase tickets here starting at $159.98 through Eventbrite.
