Attorneys for SeatGeek filed a motion for voluntary discontinuance on March 6
Secondary ticketing firm SeatGeek is dropping its $2 million lawsuit against ScoreBig and its CEO David Goldberg and Senior Finance Manager Tyler Honaker. A motion filed by attorney Justin Sher asks for the matter to be “voluntarily discontinued without prejudice against the defendant.” Amplify reached out to representatives for both ScoreBig and SeatGeek and did not receive a response.
