This week, Ticketfly launched the beta version of Ticketfly Promoter, “the world’s first end-to-end product for calendar management, offer creation, and settlement.”
According to a post on Ticketfly by VP of Product Barry Grant, the new talent buying product provides an all-in-one platform for promoters.
“Promoters use a bunch of tools to do their job, and most of them were never intended for booking or settling events,” Grant writes. “This usually means redundant workflows, multiple data entry points, and more than a few headaches. Many of us here at the ‘fly are (or were) promoters, so we understand the struggle.”
The standout features for the platform include the ability to manage hold calendars across multiple venues, easily build offers and email with expirations or download as a PDF, and add actual sales and expenses post-event to settle quickly with artists.
The platform is heavily integrated with social media sites, allowing promoters to market and engage with fans across sites like Twitter and Facebook in one simple step and it also provides detailed analytics that track ticket sales and referral data. And promoters don’t have to be tied to a desktop or laptop – the platform is accessible through mobile devices, making it a really on-the-go product.
Along with the release of the new platform, Ticketfly also upgraded their Mobile-Optimized Client Websites, making it easier for fans who are also on-the-go to find events in their area.
