TICKETWEB ACQUIRES STROBE LABS
Ticketmaster’s Ticketweb has purchased venue marketing platform Strobe Labs. Strobe technology will be integrated into Ticketweb so clients are able to search and view customer profiles that combine ticketing purchase history and social media activity, build and deploy fan lists for direct marketing and email campaigns and create and post highly targeted, end-to-end social display campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Spotify. “Strobe’s platform completely simplifies the complex process of fan segmentation and ad creation and placement,” said Matt Shearer, SVP small venues and clubs at Ticketmaster, North America. Ticketmaster clients will also have access to the platform.
